This magic ancient Valley provides the perfect backdrop for the splendid property of Trulli Kairos, set in the countryside between Ostuni and Ceglie Messapica.

Trulli Kairos captures the uniqueness of Puglia and at the same time express the lively personality of the owners and their love for fine furnishings and materials, as well as for the vibrant colours and variety of nature. The whole property is unique and original, divided into several living units, with a lot of different cosy corners to discover and enjoy during your stay.

The division into independent lamias and trulli transforms each one into a suite set amid the olive trees, with exclusive use of its own outside area, furnished with table and chairs. The property has five spacious, comfortably furnished bedrooms, all with private bathrooms, two of which are inside the main house, with their own independent entrances (not communicating with each other). Three additional bedrooms can be found inside the trulli and lamias, and are fully independent of each other. The main house also includes a spacious living room with bathroom and a large, fully equipped kitchen.

Surrounded by olive trees and verdant vegetation that is striking in its variety, richness and beauty, this villa is set in a vast plot of about 15,000 square metres. The ancient olive grove overlooks an enchanting valley filled with fig, carob and oak trees. At the heart of the property, where your gaze can wander off into the distance admiring the beauty of the natural surroundings, is the secluded swimming pool. The swimming pool with a breathtaking view of the valley and the picturesque little town of Ceglie Messapica, measures 3 metres by 12 and, not far away are a large water lily pool and a terrace with a relaxation area furnished with sun loungers, deckchairs and a gazebo to enjoy the sun or relax in the shade.

In addition to the swimming pool, the house has a beautiful electric sauna with the view of the garden that can be hired for a supplement of €300. In addition, there is a well-equipped, functional outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, and a yoga room that can be used free of charge for all lovers of this practice. The winter garden makes it ideal even at cooler times of year. Enclosed the winter garden allows you to enjoy the surrounding landscape while feeling you are outside, perfect for candlelit dinners immersed in greenery.

Trulli Kairos is ideal for groups of friends and large families with children old enough to sleep on their own.

Just a few kilometres from the beaches of the Adriatic Sea, Ostuni, Martina Franca, Alberobello, Cisternino, Ceglie Messapica, Polignano a Mare and Monopoli. Brindisi Airport is just 45 minutes’ drive away, while Bari Airport is around an 75 minutes.

The house has air conditioning in every room, underfloor heating, burglar alarm system, private parking and Wi-Fi internet.
