Trullo Sangià has a living area with fireplace, furnished with table, chairs, wickerwork armchairs and TV; the adjacent barrel-vaulted lamia outhouse holds a roomy kitchen with a highly functional exposed brickwork hob, as well as an oven, fridge and is fully equipped with cutlery, crockery, pots and pans; double bedroom with door; two recesses with double beds; a spacious indoor bathroom with shower and an outdoor bathroom with shower; another independent room with its own private entrance which if required can be converted into another bedroom.

As well as being beautifully furnished inside, the furniture on the outside is also of great quality – table, chairs, patio set and chaises longues, tastefully lit to create a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere both day and night.

A canopy is shaded by some ancient vines, laden with tasty bunches of grapes for your enjoyment, and provides cool shade during the hottest hours of the day, a place to relax for your meals, to sit back and have a read or an afternoon nap by the 5 x 10-metre swimming pool.

The garden also features two hot showers, a pizza oven and an attractive exposed open brickwork barbecue, perfect for inviting guests round for dinner.

The private on-site parking, fenced premises with gate and alarm system ensure safety and further privacy.
